Decorative Silver-Plated Dish | Sweden, 1930s

A charming 1930s Swedish silver-plated dish featuring graceful mermaid figures in relief, capturing the essence of the Art Deco movement known as 'Swedish Grace.' The three swimming nudes are displayed in a flowing, rhythmic pattern around the bowl's rim, while warm reddish-brown Bakelite handles add a sophisticated touch characteristic of the era. This versatile piece serves both as functional art and a striking decorative accent, equally at home as a centerpiece on a coffee table, dining table, or sideboard.
