Détails du produit
Originally designed in 1926 by modernist icon Eileen Gray, the Lou Perou table exemplifies versatile elegance and intelligent design. Manufactured by ClassiCon, this transformable piece features a chrome-plated tubular steel frame paired with a high-gloss lacquered wood top. What makes this table remarkable is its ingenious folding mechanism—a single tube supports the extending section, allowing it to transition seamlessly from a slim console or desk to a full dining table. Its perfectly symmetrical design maintains visual balance in any configuration. The table takes its name from Lou Perou, Gray's final French residence, which she designed and built in St. Tropez at the age of 76—a testament to her lifelong creative spirit. Details: Designer: Eileen Grey, 1926. Manufacturer: Classicon, Germany. Makers mark and number with Eileen Grey signature on leg.
