MASTER & MARGARITA

Crafted from aluminum, MASTER & MARGARITA merges precision with poetry. Its sharp, controlled geometry is softened by a refined finish, reinforcing the dialogue between structure and fluidity. A delicate engraving subtly nods to the novel’s themes, capturing the essence of its inspiration while keeping the overall aesthetic sharp and clean. The engraved quotes reference the tradition of benches with dedication plaques. In the novel, it is a site of fateful encounters, mystery, and the merging of reality with the surreal. Just like those benches carry personal dedications, the engraving turns the chair into a place of memory, devotion, and eternal return — mirroring Margarita’s search for the Master. The engraved quotes from the novel transform the object into a timeless narrative piece. Made with local artisans. MASTER & MARGARITA | A love story beyond time: Mikhail Bulgakov’s The Master and Margarita (1928–1940) is a novel about love, freedom, and the supernatural. The Master, a tormented writer, burns his manuscript, despairing at the world’s rejection. Margarita, his devoted lover, is willing to sacrifice everything — even her soul — to bring him back. Though they exist separately, their love is only truly fulfilled when they are reunited. In a world shaped by contrasts — logic and magic, control and surrender, order and chaos — their bond transcends time and space. Raw aluminium, handfinished to a matte texture, engraving by stencil
